Four, one-hour, telephone-based coaching sessions per month. Coaching interaction may be any combination of telephone, web conference, internet video conference and/or live, in-person.
Initial Readiness Assessment and Personal Action Planning will be conducted in person,

Use a Personal Action Plan to ensure appropriate activity and intensity levels in aggressive
pursuit of both personal goals and business development objectives.
Coaching will support participants in their planning, problem solving, decision making and sales communication.
This will ensure efficient use of participant time and resources in advancing the staged
account development process. We will discuss together the specifics of: Who are you
targeting? How are you engaging them? How do you qualify their interest? How do you

Each session concludes with the assignment of business development actions and practice assignments for the week.
Ensures that participants continue to reinforce key learning points, and stay on schedule to
achieve their goals and objectives on a pre-determined action timeline.
